Find the last carrier that reported an event

Use the service listed in your own order to determine which carrier’s status guide applies. USPS tracking status explanations
- Label only. Ask HUBBUY whether the parcel has physically left the warehouse and which carrier accepted it.
- Handoff pending. Compare the origin and destination trackers and record the latest event in each. Ask which operator currently has the parcel and whether there is a local tracking number.
- Exception or missed estimate. Save the event as shown, including the date and timezone where available. Ask who can open an inquiry and when a claim deadline begins for that service.
Give support the facts in one message
Send HUBBUY support a short timeline with the parcel ID, available tracking numbers and the last dated scan. Ask which carrier has the parcel now.
