After dispatch
What to do when tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing
Sources checked
Find the carrier that made the final delivery scan. Open the tracking record for that carrier and check the time and delivery location. Save any delivery photo or signature record the service makes available.
Check where the parcel was left
- Compare the recorded location or photo with your entrance and any safe place you authorized.
- Ask people at the address or building reception whether they received the parcel. If the carrier mentions a locker, check the locker instructions.
- Compare the delivery postcode shown in tracking, if available, with the address on your parcel confirmation.
Ask for a delivery investigation
If the parcel is still missing, use the carrier’s instructions for a missing delivery. Send the parcel ID, local tracking number, delivery time and the places you checked to HUBBUY support. Ask who should open the investigation and whether a deadline applies. If the delivery photo shows an unfamiliar door, describe the difference in your message.
