What to do when warehouse photos show the wrong item

Sources checked

If a warehouse photo appears to show a different color, label or quantity, leave that item out of the parcel while you ask the warehouse to check it. HUBBUY official purchasing overview

Make the recheck easy to answer

  1. Identify the order line and attach a screenshot of the variant you selected. Mark the photo that raised the concern.
  2. Ask one question the warehouse can verify in a photo. If an order shows size M but the label is unreadable, request a close-up of the sewn-in size tag. If a set looks incomplete, ask for all pieces from that order line in one frame.
  3. Save the warehouse response with the order confirmation and photos. Check that the reply refers to the same order line and variant.

A request might read, “Order line 123 shows two black items. The warehouse photo shows one. Could you photograph everything received for this order line and confirm the quantity?” The number is an example. Use your own order details in the support channel.
