Look up the parcel yourself

  1. Copy the tracking number from your HUBBUY order record. Open the named carrier’s official tracking page in a separate browser tab.
  2. Look for the same request in the carrier’s own account or tracking system. If a payment appears there, check the parcel reference and ask for the charge breakdown through the carrier’s published contact channel. Some real import fees can be collected through a carrier. 3. If the request is absent or details differ, ask the carrier or HUBBUY support to confirm it. Use the contact details on the official site instead of the number in the text.

If you entered payment details

Contact your card issuer promptly using the number on the card or in your banking app. Save the message and report the impersonation through the relevant local fraud channel.
