Before you ship

Check your shipping address before dispatch

Sources checked

Review the address shown for the parcel you are about to submit. A saved address may be out of date or may omit an apartment number. The Universal Postal Union provides address formats by destination. Follow the format for the destination and the fields required by the shipping service.

Check the parcel address one field at a time

  1. Confirm the recipient name, destination country and local contact number if the service requires one.
  2. Match the street and building number to the destination address. Add the apartment, suite or floor where it is needed.
  3. Check that the city and postcode belong together. Include the state or province if the destination format or carrier requires it.
  4. Review the final address preview. Check for a dropped line, a truncated unit number or a postcode that lost a leading zero.

If the address is wrong

If the parcel has already been submitted, contact HUBBUY support with the parcel ID and ask whether the label can still be corrected. If a carrier already has the parcel, ask who can request a correction. Share the full address through the private support channel.
